How To Create Logon Message On System Startup?

Lets play some trick with system startup! This trick will create a logon message on system startup, follow these steps:

Go to start> run> Type regedit
Go to the path HKLM\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ Current version\ Winlogon.
In the right panel modify value of LegalNoticeCaption and type whatever you want to display as title.
Modify value of legalNoticeText and type whatever you want to display.
Restart your PC, a log on message will appear on startup.
That's all.
